CYCLOPTICPURRINGOVERLORD
In 2019, Robinhood's official design team shipped six account-state icons. Five had normal names. One was called "Bow to Your Cycloptic Purring Overlord Screensaver." It is still live today. We are simply doing what the file name told us to do.
TBA — deploying on Robinhood Chain
Exhibit A / Still live
Not a leak.
Not a rumor.
A file name.
Buried in Robinhood's official Dribbble portfolio is an icon literally named "Bow to Your Cycloptic Purring Overlord Screensaver." It is in the designer's own shot description, posted from the official Robinhood team account, and it is still online right now.
"From left to right: Add Funds · Verify Identity · Finish Sign Up · Bow to Your Cycloptic Purring Overlord Screensaver · Verify Deposit · Go to Watchlist"
A 2019 set called "Account State icons" — six small icons for six ordinary moments inside the app. Five are totally normal. One is named after a cat overlord. Someone on that team was having fun, and nobody ever took it down.

Daniel Haire
On Robinhood's design team when the set shipped. Now Head of Design at Altruist. He wrote the caption. He named the overlord.
Victor Bivol
Credited directly in the post — "animated by that real solid animator dude." The overlord was not just drawn. It was made to move.
The Screensaver
A retro TV/monitor with cat ears and a single pixel eye — almost certainly the idle state, given the label. It waits. It watches. It purrs.
The Doctrine
Deliberate absurdist humor,
hidden inside a normal UI project.
That is all it ever was. A designer at a brokerage app looked at an idle-state screensaver, saw a one-eyed cat monitor staring back, and typed the truth into the file name. Six years later the joke is still sitting on the internet with the company's name on it. $CPO is the fan club that formed around it.
It watches the candles
One eye. No blinking — well, mostly. Green up, green down, the Overlord's gaze never leaves the chart.
It purrs at volume
Not a roar. A purr. The Overlord does not need to shout to command a room full of silhouetted cats.
It was always there
Idle state. Screensaver. Waiting for someone to notice. In 2026, on Robinhood Chain, someone finally did.
Canonical Command
Bow to Your Cycloptic Purring Overlord.

Discovery
The file name is found. The screenshot spreads. The Overlord is identified, sourced, and confirmed live on Robinhood's own portfolio. Community forms around a six-year-old joke.
Deployment on Robinhood Chain
$CPO deploys. Liquidity added and burned, ownership renounced, contract published here and everywhere. Charts go live. The eye opens.
The Congregation
Listings, trackers, and community channels. Meme arsenal, sticker packs, and the screensaver rebuilt as an actual downloadable screensaver — because it deserves to exist.
Overlord Everywhere
On-chain lore archive of the original shot, collabs across Robinhood Chain, and a permanent monument to the one designer who typed something true into a caption box in 2019.
Initiation
How to bow
Four steps. The Overlord is patient, but not that patient.

FAQ
Is the "Cycloptic Purring Overlord" thing actually real?
Yes. It is a real icon name in a real, still-live Dribbble shot titled "Account State icons," posted from Robinhood's official team account in 2019. The caption lists six icons, and the fourth is named "Bow to Your Cycloptic Purring Overlord Screensaver." You can read it yourself: dribbble.com/shots/4906516.
Who made it?
Designer Daniel Haire, who was on Robinhood's design team at the time and is now Head of Design at Altruist. The animation is credited in the same post to Victor Bivol. Neither of them is involved with this token in any way.
Is $CPO affiliated with Robinhood?
No. $CPO is an independent, community-created memecoin. It is not issued, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Altruist, Dribbble, or any of the designers named on this page. We are fans of a file name, nothing more.
What chain is it on?
Robinhood Chain. The contract address is published at the top of this page at launch — treat any address from any other source as fake.
What is the utility?
A cat-eared monitor with one pixelated eye has been quietly watching a brokerage app's idle screen since 2019. That is the utility. $CPO is a memecoin: no yield, no revenue, no roadmap to a product. Buy it because the lore is funny and real, or do not buy it at all.
Will I make money?
Probably not. Memecoins are extremely volatile and most go to zero. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and you should never spend money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
